Can only our people vote?
Yes. Add a list of employee IDs or work emails, or on a paid plan let staff sign in through your company login (SAML or OAuth). A rule on a login attribute, such as department, can narrow it further, and you can hold everyone to one vote per category.
Will votes stay anonymous?
Yes. Neither you nor other voters can see who a person voted for, so staff can back a colleague freely. With an employee voter list on a paid plan, you can see who has voted, so you know who to remind.
Can results stay quiet until the reveal?
Yes. Hide the standings from everyone, show them only to people who have voted, or show them live. A private page also stays off Izivote listings and out of search results.
How do we announce the winners?
Present mode reveals the winners one category at a time on the big screen at your town hall or awards night. You can also download the results as a spreadsheet.
