Common questions about pricing
What does paid voting cost?
Free to set up on every plan. You set the amount per vote, voters pay exactly that, and we keep a 10% platform fee. Stripe's card processing is separate: it bills your own account in most countries, or bills us where our team pays you out. Each page's Vote Payment tab shows your real figures.
What happens if I exceed my plan's vote limit?
Voting will pause once the limit is reached. You'll receive a notification and can upgrade your plan immediately to resume voting without losing any data.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your dashboard. Changes take effect immediately.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing saves you 2 months — Pro is $60/year (vs $72 monthly) and Premium is $140/year (vs $168 monthly).
